Returns, refunds & cancellation

Because every item is printed specially for you, we can't take back items for a change of mind. But if something is wrong, we'll make it right.

Cancellation

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, before it goes to print, for a full refund. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
  • For a valid claim, we'll send a free replacement or give a full refund.
  • Missing puzzle pieces count as a defect if reported within 48 hours.

What we can't refund

  • Spelling, photo quality or layout mistakes in a design you approved.
  • Small colour differences between screen and print.
  • Delays caused by the courier, festivals or a wrong address.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
